Click on the calendar for the day you would like to reserve, then choose a green time slot and room number to begin making your reservation.
- The group study rooms are only for currently enrolled GWC students & must use a valid "student.cccd.edu" email address to make reservations.
- Minimum of two students required. Maximum of 2 hours per day per student.
- Reservations may be made up to 1 week in advance.
- Keyboard, mouse, and dry erase markers are available for checkout with a valid GWC Student ID card at the Public Services Desk.
- Students can connect a laptop to the monitor using an HDMI cable for all the study rooms except #222. The library does not have HDMI cables available for checkout.
- Study Rooms close 30 minutes before closing.
